Support to sales engineer to submit quotation in line with customer\'s and service operation\'s expectations. Maintain good business relations with both internal & external customers IN ORDER TO increase Air audit business and revenue Execution: Take initiatives, which are necessary to ensures effective and timely completion of AirScan job Timely preparation of comprehensive Audit report in presentable format with the data obtained from Air audit The elaboration of the Audit Report, which include the measurements, analyses, recommendations, and system improvements. The emphasis is on improving the efficiency of both the air supply and the distribution system. Final submission of AirScan report and recommendation of value-added products in coordination with CST Sales and Equipment Sales (IAT/OFA) IN ORDER TO promote value-added products and ensure customer satisfaction through energy savings. Development: Organize regular trainings to enhance technical skill of both direct & dealer\'s sales and service team. Regular interaction with optimization and connectivity Product managers of Customer Centre and Product Company to understand that how existing work practices can be further improved. Close monitoring of competition activities, collection of data and pass on this information to head office for further improvement in AirScan activities. Maintain the list of available AirScan tools. Coordinating with Energy Manager for the timely calibration of the same. Maintain the AirScan tools in proper manner so that it should not damage or misplaced. Good understanding of AirScan activities Skills and experience: 3 years of experience in field service out of which 2 years preferably on-air Audit and optimization products. Awareness about local regulations in the field of energy conservation and efficiency policies of Bureau of Energy Efficiency Are we a good fit Good knowledge about Air audit & Optimization shall be required for this position Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
