As a result some local processes due to culture, tradition or a simple local need, are not possible to be developed in our standard applications or are not part of a short term priority roadmap.The Process Automation analyst focuses on overcoming functional or integration limitations by creating new (Robotic) Process Automations for those with a significant impact on the efficiency in our customer centers and a noticeable reduction in admin time.This specific mission involves working with the different stakeholders (CTS Operations team, Global Process Engineers, Process Specialists and Customer Centers) to identify those processes with the biggest impact, document the process in detail, follow-up on the development of the RPA by teams in Gecia or Brno, testing, further global implementation and qualitative reporting on efficiency gains achieved.As many of these have a wider potential than just one customer center, through the right customization options in the RPA we can have more customer centers benefit from the automation.
Through proper reporting, you analyse the benefit and, where needed, inspire the Business Process Managers to prioritize the process for development as part of the standard applications.The application landscape on which these automations will apply are the standard and satellite applications within the Compressor Technique Service Operations process, the automations will have to be achieved through RPA (BluePrism, UIPath,...) or with applications from Microsoft (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.)MissionAs part of the Service Excellence Team, the CTS Process Automation Analyst manages all existing and future robotic process automations within compressor technique service operations.You will create value for the customer centers, or other users of the RPA by reducing their admin effort, reducing time spent in repetitive tasks for processes that are not supported natively.
Through the use of these RPAs, you can prove their value and objectively motivate the need for development in our standard applications.Roles

  • Work with (mainly) customer centers, Service Excellence team and CTS BPM to identify all potential for RPA
  • Create a priority list for the RPAs
  • Build understanding of the functional possibilities in the application used for development of the automations
  • Document, in detail, the business requirement for the RPA
  • Follow-up on development by the teams in Gecia or Brno
  • Test the delivered RPA
  • Implement the RPA, to the original requestor and, upon request of eg. GPE team
  • Do iterations of improvement of existing RPA. Start small, use, learn and improve.
  • Spread the value ; communicate; create understanding; and promote existing RPAs
  • Create reporting on value created by the RPA
  • Inspire and request the RPA functionality to be created natively in our standard applications
To succeed, you will need-Educational Requirements:We are seeking candidates with a Graduate degree in a relevant field such as computer science, business administration, engineering, or a related discipline with 3 to 5 years of experience in service or business processes.Certification in business analysis or project management, such as PMP, would be beneficial.Experience Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in process automation, preferably in the service industry.
  • Experience with automation projects includes requirements gathering, documentation, development, testing, and implementation.
  • Strong background in business process analysis and improvement.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of RPA methodologies and knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps are considered as plus.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with various global stakeholders would be beneficial.
