Ensure accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and maintain workflow efficiency.Key Responsibilities:1. Operate CTP Machines:- Produce and inspect printing plates.- Calibrate and maintain equipment.2. File Preparation:- Process and check digital files.- Apply necessary adjustments for print quality.3. Quality Control:- Conduct regular checks and ensure defect-free plates.4. Troubleshooting:- Resolve equipment and software issues.- Coordinate with technical support for complex problems.5. Workflow Management:- Manage production schedules.- Collaborate with pressroom and departments.6. Maintenance:- Perform routine equipment maintenance.- Keep maintenance logs and report issues.7. Documentation:- Maintain records of plate production.- Update and archive digital files.8. Safety and Compliance:- Follow safety protocols.- Ensure compliance with company policies.9. Collaboration:- Work with the prepress team to improve processes.- Communicate effectively with team members.10. Continuous Improvement:- Stay updated on industry trends.- Participate in training to enhance skills.Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.- Experience as a CTP Operator or similar role.- Proficiency in prepress software and CTP technology.- Attention to detail and quality control skills.- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.- Good communication and teamwork skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.- Knowledge of safety standards in a prepress environment.Physical Requirements- Ability to lift and move heavy plates/equipment.- Prolonged periods of standing.- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.Working Conditions:- Prepress/printing environment exposure to chemicals and noise.- Shift work may be required.Job Type: Full-timePay: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 per monthBenefits:
