ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES-Minimum 10-12 years of industry experience in software & Information technology field.-Can manage a team of 50-100 people from Ahmedabad office.-Having good experience in managing a large team, should have worked in multiple MNC companies and executed varieties of projects.-Should have good knowledge about product development/management, technical consulting, project execution, project management etc.- Oversee the design and implementation of robust technical architectures, ensuring alignment with business requirements, security standards and industrys best practices.- Identify and mitigate technology-related risks, ensuring data privacy and security regulations compliance.- Stay aware of the latest tech advancements to provide strategic insights and recommendations for maintaining our technological edge.- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into effective technology strategies.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights for informed decision-making.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior executives.-No salary bar for right candidate.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: \xe2\x82\xb93,000,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb93,600,000.00 per yearBenefits:
