ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES -Minimum 10-12 years of industry experience in software & Information technology field. -Can manage a team of 50-100 people from Ahmedabad office. -Having good experience in managing a large team, should have worked in multiple MNC companies and executed varieties of projects. -Should have good knowledge about product development/management, technical consulting, project execution, project management etc. - Oversee the design and implementation of robust technical architectures, ensuring alignment with business requirements, security standards and industry\xe2\x80\x99s best practices. - Identify and mitigate technology-related risks, ensuring data privacy and security regulations compliance. - Stay aware of the latest tech advancements to provide strategic insights and recommendations for maintaining our technological edge. - Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into effective technology strategies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights for informed decision-making. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior executives. -No salary bar for right candidate.
