: Seeking a candidate with strong communication skills, proficiency in Hindi, and ERP expertise
We are seeking a candidate with good communication skills and proficiency in the Hindi & English language.
The role involves identifying issues reported by users during calls and providing prompt and effective solutions.
The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues reported by the school, providing support and guidance to users, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the ERP system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
+ •Strong communication skills and proficiency in the Hindi language.•
+ •Active listening and the ability to communicate technical concepts.•
+ •Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.•
+ •Proficiency in Excel and HTML.•
1)Handling the support ticketing system.
2) Attend the inbound calls and provide support through on-call assistance and guidance to users.
