CSR Initiative and Outreach Programs The Healer Foundation is a non-government organization dedicated to working for the underprivileged section of society. We are currently seeking a highly organized and skilled CSR Initiative and Outreach Programs to ensure a competent documentation process and effectively mobilize resources from Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for social reforming activities. Job Summary: CSR Initiative and Outreach Programs will be responsible for planning social welfare programs to create a positive impact in the community. Additionally, the role involves engaging with corporate partners to secure resources for our programs. Responsibilities: 1. Corporate Social Responsibility Resource Mobilization Identify potential corporate partners and engage in outreach activities. Prepare and submit funding proposals and grants. Build and maintain relationships with corporate decision-makers and stakeholders. 2. Content Development Develop compelling content for project reports, case studies, and success stories. Gather relevant information and data from project teams and stakeholders. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency of content across all documentation. Collaborate with the communications and media team to align messaging and branding. 3. Documentation Management: Create and manage templates for reports, proposals, and other documents. coordinate with the project team to collect, review and update project-related documentation. Establish and maintain a standardized documentation process. Qualifications: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a relevant field. Proven experience in documentation, management, and content development. Experience in preparing funding proposals and grant applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
