Job Summary :

We are looking for a dedicated and driven CSR Manager to lead our corporate social responsibility initiatives. The CSR Manager will develop, implement, and oversee programs and activities that reflect the company's commitment to ethical, environmental, and social issues. The ideal candidate will have a passion for community engagement and sustainability, with the ability to align CSR efforts with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement CSR strategies, policies, and programs in alignment with the company's mission and values.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate CSR into various departments, including marketing, HR, and operations.
• Identify and manage partnerships with non-profits, government agencies, and other organizations.
• Coordinate CSR initiatives such as community development, environmental sustainability projects, and social impact programs.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of CSR projects and programs.
• Prepare and present reports on CSR activities and their impact to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations regarding corporate social responsibility.
• Organize and participate in CSR events and campaigns, such as volunteer programs and charity fundraisers.
• Develop and manage the CSR budget to ensure funds are allocated efficiently.
• Promote awareness of CSR initiatives within the organization and encourage employee participation.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in social work, environmental science, business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate social responsibility, sustainability, or a related area.
• Strong understanding of social, environmental, and governance issues.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Knowledge of CSR frameworks and standards (e.g., GRI, ISO 26000).
• Experience in public relations or marketing is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
