We are Hiring Customer Service Advisor for International Blended Process Team
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service through Inbound Calls , Email Chat Support
• Handle inbound calls of customer inquiries effectively and professionally.
• Provide timely resolutions to customer issues and complaints.
Respond to customer emails and chat inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Required Skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player attitude.
Education & Experience:
• HSC Plus or Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Fresher can apply OR Minimum [1] years of experience in customer service OR in a BPO.
Experience in the International Call centre will be an add-on.
Day Rotational Shift / 5 Days Working
