We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service & Marketing Representative to join our team for the night shift (9 PM - 5 AM). In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, guiding customers through form submission processes, and engaging in marketing outreach to prospective clients. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and has excellent communication skills in Punjabi and Hindi to connect with a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and manage incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
• Guide callers through necessary forms and application processes, ensuring clarity and ease.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and outcomes.
• Provide exceptional customer service to foster positive client relationships.

Requirements:

• Advanced fluency in English (spoken and written) and proficiency in Punjabi and Hindi.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity, patience, and professionalism.
• Previous experience in customer service or marketing is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently during night hours (9 PM - 5 AM).
