Job description As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the front line of communication between our company and our valued customers. Investigate and resolve customer issues, such as product or service complaints, billing inquiries, or technical problems. Follow company policies and procedures to address customer concerns efficiently. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information and assistance to customers. Gather customer feedback and suggestions and communicate them to the relevant departments. Collaborate with the team to identify trends in customer inquiries and work on improving processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
