Key Responsibilities :
• Provide exceptional customer service to Airtel customers through various communication channels.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Airtel products and services to provide accurate information.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in 45 days of paid training to understand the company's processes and enhance service skills.
Requirements :
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service within the BPO industry. (Mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills in English. (Mandatory)
• Graduates only. (Mandatory)
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (24/7) for male candidates.
• Age limit up to 30 years.
• Immediate joiners required.
Additional Information :
• 5 days working week.
• No cab facility or meals provided.
Training :
• 45 days of paid training to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge.
