Job Title: Coordinator CSR
Area: The Rotary Foundation Reports to: CSR Specialist
Location: South Asia Office, New Delhi
General Overview
CSR Coordinator will be responsible for handling reporting of all CSR projects for ensuring the smooth closure of all CSR grants and subsequent submission of final reports to the Corporates that will help in the efficient functioning of the CSR operations in India.
You Will Have
• A Bachelor's Degree.
• A qualification in Social Service, CSR or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in Non-Profit Organization or a related field
• Software requirements-MS Office, Oracle, BI, Net forum, Raiser Edge
• Hard skills-CRM, Time management, Marketing, Donor Service, Data Analysis,
• Soft skills-Adaptability, Communication, Ethics, Flexibility, Empathy, Teamwork, Detail Oriented
You Are Good At
• handling CSR projects and are well versed with section 135 of the Company's Act
• actively interacting and communicating with all stakeholders.
• verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills. Fluency in English and an additional Indian language, preferably Hindi.
• Maintaining proper documentation of CSR projects by keeping all project records in place.
• Thinking critically and be a problem solver.
• Being Team-oriented and able to work independently.
• knowledge of computer applications (Word, Excel and other applicable programs).

You Will Be Responsible For
• Review the project applications received from the corporate and/or a Rotary club or district and follow up for complete documentation of the project.
• Work with the corporate and/or Rotary clubs and districts in finalizing the MOUs and statutory agreements.
• Prepare a business presentation along with requisite annexures with donors highlighting RF(I) projects and expertise in handling the projects.
• Maintain Excel sheets of all CSR projects and follow up on CSR reporting documentation.
• Updating reporting due status of all CSR projects and regular follow-up for complete closure of projects
• Review the grant reporting submitted by Club/ District as per RFI CSR policy requirements and make folders in soft copy for audit purposes.
• Work in tandem with the Financial Services (FS) team at SAO for the booking of the Utilization certificate and refund of any contribution.
• Sharing of project-related information to Finance for the compilation of the final Utilization certificate.
• Compilation of all reporting data from Club and District along with final utilization certificate and final submission to the corporate for grant closure
• Ensure timely closure and maintain Excel sheets for each CSR project report regularly.
• Other duties as assigned.
