Role Summary
In the above context, the CSM role is responsible to supervise the business delivery and Tie Ups &
primarily grow the business with profits, Channel Management \xe2\x80\x93Agents.
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure strong pipeline.
\xef\x82\xb7 Coach and guide to cross sell and grow the business
\xef\x82\xb7 Make individual agents grow at least 20% for every year
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring IRDA compliance regarding licensing and commission payments of agents
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for ensuring quality of applications
\xef\x82\xb7 Support/guide the producers in all activities related to policy services
\xef\x82\xb7 Train agents on products, process and USP\xe2\x80\x99s of Co.

Experience
