What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing...

As a Consultant in the Central Transformation Office, you\'ll be managing multiple programs and provide insights to achieve operational excellence. You\'ll be designing and implementing center priorities by setting up program management frameworks, governance and reporting structures, measurement KPIs, review cadence. You will be a key member as part of the Central Transformation, Advisory and Governance Team. You will manage the Program Management office for Transformation initiatives establishing clear focus areas with respect to Delivery & Support functions. Enable VERIZON INDIA to play an integral part in the overall transformational efforts across many functional disciplines through consistent alignment and direction on priorities/approach towards Business, Technology and People areas.

• Operationalising and sustaining processes that emerge out of center priorities and other initiatives.
• Arriving at and adhering to a standard reporting, review and communication mechanism.
• Utilising design thinking capability to translate abstract problem statements into meaningful programs that can be executed to achieve organization\'s goals.
• Collaborating with partners from multiple functions to drive org-wide initiatives.

What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for...

You have strong process improvement, data analytics, and coaching skills as well as a proven track record of implementing effective process changes. The Business Transformation Consultant will play a crucial role in driving process excellence at Verizon Connect by engaging employees to create and execute processes that scale effectively and efficiently. You demonstrate high levels of enthusiasm and curiosity for helping us build and apply structured methodologies in ways that are tailored for our culture. A passion for finding the most effective ways to solve problems, improve experiences, and deliver results will be fundamental to fulfilling the responsibilities of this role; creativity and innovation are welcome. As a trusted advisor and coach to the business, you will identify improvement opportunities and develop a plan to execute the improvements You\'ll need to have:

• Bachelor\'s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of experience driving and executing processes for strategic projects aimed to increase customer loyalty, reducing costs and/or accelerating results.
• Very good experience handling data warehouses like RDG / eDW / GCP with spark, SQL DW, Elastic pool etc.,
• Sound knowledge in tools like Adobe analytics, Kibana, Grafana, Google sheets, Excel & good understanding of pivot table, lookup concepts, graphs etc
• Excellent working knowledge on Tableau
• Practical implementation of Exploratory data analysis & Descriptive Statistics
• Sound knowledge on Machine learning models - Regression, classification & Clustering and Text mining
• Able to handle troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Good Working knowledge on different marketing channels, call volume reduction, NPS, digital platforms like Desktop, Mobile app etc and assisted sales channels
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Very Good exposure in Data Reporting and generating actionable insights
• Experience presenting compelling business cases, business performance results, and recommendations.

  Home Internet: 5GH, LTEH & FiOS
  Digital apps
• Exposure to change management.
• Strong presentation & communication skills.

• Hands on experience on BI visualisation tools.
