iEnergizer is hiring dynamic professionals for its •Go Magenta US Telecom Blended Process•. This role involves handling both chat (70%) and voice (30%) interactions for international customers, ensuring excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries and concerns effectively through chat and voice support.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update customer records as per process requirements.
• Achieve key performance metrics, including response time and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
Required Skills
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in handling international chat, email, or blended processes.
• Ability to manage and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Strong typing speed with accuracy (for chat-based tasks).
Qualifications
• Minimum educational qualification: Undergraduate or Graduate.
• Experience:
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in international BPO (chat/email or blended process).
• More than 1 year of experience is preferred.
Compensation
• For more than 1 year of experience: ?45,000 CTC (?38,600 in-hand).
• For 6 months to 1 year of experience: ?40,000 CTC (?33,600 in-hand).
• Excellent incentive structure based on performance.

• No cab facility available.
• Age limit: Up to 35 years.
