Profile: Customer Support Executive ( Blended Profile ) - WFO
Location - Hazratganj , Lucknow
Qualification - 12th/ Graduate
Salary - 11,000 - 15,000/( In hand )
Experience - Fresher & Experience both apply
• 70% Chat & 30% Calling
• Log in hours: 8 hours login and 1 hour break Shift timings.
• Rotational shift ( 6 days working with 1 rotational week off)
Notes:
• Excellent communication skills
• Candidates should be fluent in English.
Role & Responsibilities:-
• Handling customers
• Solving queries.
