Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat platforms promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers in resolving issues, answering questions, and providing information about products or services.
• Maintain a friendly and positive tone while interacting with customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolutions.
• Use social media platforms effectively to engage with customers and address their concerns.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and provide reports to supervisors as required.
