• Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
• Provide product information and solutions to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up on customer interactions where necessary.
• Ensure customer feedback is properly documented and communicated.
• Collaborate with other teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.
