Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Jaipur. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering online and technical support to customers.

Qualifications

• Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Experience in providing online support and technical support
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Experience in the gifting industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
