Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Support Executives to join our Multiple process team in Pune. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills who can deliver exceptional customer support. We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates, especially those with experience in insurance or sales.
Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries effectively through phone, chat, or email.Ensure high standards of communication by avoiding Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) or Regional Tongue Influence (RTI).Provide accurate information to customers, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high customer satisfaction.Follow company policies and guidelines in all interactions with customers.
