Job Description

Sales Support :

• Assist customers with product or service inquiries.
• Provide detailed information about products, services, promotions, and discounts.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process, helping them make decisions.

Collaboration :

• Work closely with other teams (sales, marketing, product) to address customer needs.
• Provide feedback on customer issues and suggest improvements.

Customer Support :

• Address customer complaints, issues, and queries.
• Help resolve problems with products or services, either by troubleshooting or offering replacements.
• Handle after-sales support, ensuring that customers are satisfied.
• Language Proficiency :
• Communicate fluently in Hindi, ensuring clarity and precision in interactions.
• Maintain polite and professional language during phone calls, chats, or emails.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
