Key Responsibilities:
Handle client inquiries and support processes related to medical staffing
Manage candidate onboarding, documentation, and compliance verification
Coordinate with healthcare professionals and clients to resolve queries
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely follow-ups
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet SLAs and staffing goals
Requirements:
Experience in US Staffing with a focus on the medical or healthcare process
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
Familiarity with CRM tools and staffing portals is a plus
Willingness to work in night shifts

Pay: ?180,000.00 - ?420,000.00 per year
