Job Description

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
• Document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex customer issues.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and to gather feedback.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
• Continuously strive to improve service delivery and customer experience.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
