Meet your team We\'re looking for a Product Owner with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our diverse team and work on BTP innovation projects. The role of Product Owner ensures that the delivery meets customer expectations for Business Technology Platform cloud extension projects originated by Cloud Service delivery contracts. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a remote environment, handle multiple requests/initiatives and collaborate across multiple nationalities and continents. What you\'ll do Collect Business Requirements, create Vision & Scope (V&S) and initial version of the Product Backlog (PB) Collaborate with Go To Market (GTM) Is responsible to manage the value delivery of the solution Aligns with the stakeholders from customer and standard development Ensures that vision and requirements are well understood by the development team Iteratively refines product backlog with development team Ensures that the acceptance criteria are well defined for each Backlog Item Accepts or rejects work results of sprints Has transparency over project progress Is accountable for the quality and compliance of the product and features What you bring Skills and Competencies - Has strong business knowledge as well as domain expertise in at least in one or more on Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, Retail, Automobile modules. Strong understanding Cloud Delivery Methodoligies 2-3 years of Cloud Architect experience preferred Experience in software delivery using Secure Software Development Processes using Hyperspace delivery channels Strong communication, experience of customer interactions and leadership skills Sound Technical Foundation A clear vision of what determines a successful project for the customer and for the enterprise. Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change. Conceptual analytical thinking and decision-making skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills the ability to work well with people from different disciplines effective communication with senior management, clients, peers, and team members. Certification is desirable. Education and Experience - Bachelor\'s Degree with minimum 10 years of professional experience in product management, product ownership, program / project management, solution management, or consulting Minimum 3 years of Product owner experience with a proven track record as a customer advocate, you can understand customer requirements and transfer these to user stories and a prioritized product and sprint backlog.
