Location:
Clearing & Settlement\xef\xbf\xbd Executing day to day Currency Chest Operations as per the regulatory guidelines\xef\xbf\xbd Monitoring the CRL of the mapped branches in co-ordination with CC Head/Ops Head/ BBO team\xef\xbf\xbd Maintaining records of Bi-monthly/Half Yearly/ cash verification/other Audit at the chest.\xef\xbf\xbd Handling cash remittance i.e. cash payment to branches and CRAs (ATMs) and cash receipt from branches or CRAs recyclers)\xef\xbf\xbd Ensuring proper sorting of notes as per RBI guidelines and monitoring the Sorters at the chest. Handling and managing discrepancies found during sorting.\xef\xbf\xbd Ensuring checking and proper packing of Soiled Note Remittance boxes\xef\xbf\xbd Liaisoning with vendors for upkeep of Note Sorting Machines, Counting Machine etc.\xef\xbf\xbd Updating entries in CCMS for inward, outward, sorting, bin management etc\xef\xbf\xbd Ensuring vigilance keeping security aspects in mind\xef\xbf\xbd Monitoring of sorting operations\xef\xbf\xbd Accompanying Soiled Note Remittance sent to RBI and handing over of cash to RBI with acknowledgement\xef\xbf\xbd Attending RBI CVPS i.e. processing of Soiled Note remitted by Chest\xef\xbf\xbd Processing of vendor Bills in P2P\xef\xbf\xbd Liaisoning with COT team for approval\xef\xbf\xbd Handling joint custodianship of vault, whenever required\xef\xbf\xbd Ensuring Checking and proper maintenance of Safety & Security gadgets\xef\xbf\xbd Updating & Maintaining various registers at the Currency Chest\xef\xbf\xbd Timely verifying finacle & CCMS\xef\xbf\xbd transactions\xef\xbf\xbd Monitoring of CIT vehicles\xef\xbf\xbd as per the RBI guidelines\xef\xbf\xbd Reconciliation of Chest cash balance at the EOD.\xef\xbf\xbd Submission of MIS as per CO Requirements.
