Greetings from Synergy Resource Solutions, a leading recruitment consultancy firm.Our client is a Stock Broker, authorized and regulated by the BSE, NSE, and NSDL, with their comprehensive range of services, they provide seamless trading and investment opportunities across multiple segments, including Equity, Derivatives, and Currency Derivatives.Company is looking for CA/CS for their Merchant Banking Division.Position: Company Secretary
Experience: 0-3 years
Location: Navrangpura, AhmedabadJob Timing: 10 to 7 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Key Requirement: Must have Interest/ hands-on experience with SME IPOs & Capital Market Transactions
Salary Range: * For Freshers: 35 to 45K/Month

• For Experienced Person: up to 12 LACS depending upon last drawn salary

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee SME IPO processes from initiation to completion.
• Handle capital market transactions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide strategic advice to the board and senior management on corporate governance.
• Maintain and update statutory books and records.
• Facilitate communication between the board, management, and stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 0-3 years of experience as a Company Secretary.
• Strong expertise in capital market transactions.
• Excellent understanding of regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
• Immediate availability for joining.
