Purpose of the Role
To efficiently manage customer interactions and ensure prompt resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Principal Responsibilities:
A) Customer Interaction:
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, chat, and email
• Co-ordinate and provide accurate resolutions to customer issues
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers
B) Phone and Store Coordination:
• Make outbound calls to stores to coordinate and resolve customer issues
• Ensure effective communication between customers and store teams along with delivery agents if required
C) Chat and Email Management:
• Respond to customer queries promptly through chat
• Manage and resolve customer issues via email following established processes
D) Cross-Functional Coordination:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer cases
• Escalate issues when necessary and follow up until resolution
E) Multitasking:
• Handle multiple customer interactions and tasks simultaneously
• Prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
F) Language Skills:
• Communicate effectively in English, Hindi, South Language professancy added advantage
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree is a must
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Proficiency in CRM software and Gmail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi
• Kannada or Tamil or Malyalam proficiency would be preferred
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work well in a team
• Ability to handle complaints and provide effective solutions
