Returns and Exchanges:

Handling returns and exchanges, providing refunds or replacements.

Customer Feedback:

Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve services.

Escalation:

Knowing when to escalate complex issues to supervisors or other specialists.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues.
