Company: Honda Authorised Service Center Location: Chandivali, Saki Vihar Road, Shift Time: Day Shift ( 9 Hours Duty ) - 9:30 to 6:30 OR 10 to 7 : Calling to Customers for Vehicle Servicing.
Answering phones and explaining the products and services offered by the company.
Regular follow-up with the customer.
Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers
Maintaining the database of customers regularly.
Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
Resolving queries and issues related to the services.
A lot of work would be data-driven and would require maintaining
