Business Development (Add on experience)
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, companies, and trends.
• Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to stay informed and identify opportunities.
• Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement lead generation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their business needs and challenges.
• Schedule and conduct service presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition.
• Work closely with the senior team to handover qualified leads and opportunities for further development Represent the company in a professional manner.
• Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and progress against targets.
•Roles and Responsibilities: •
1.??Assist the team in the Secretarial, Compliance, Legal work at Bangalore location.
2.??Exposure to diversified client base in that location and working on Corporate Law Advisory, Legal Advisory, Drafting and Negotiation work and other allied services for the clients of Acquisory.
3.??Working on the complete domain of Services under Companies Act, 2013 and FEMA related aspects.
4.??Handling Annual & Quarterly compliances as per Companies Act, preparation of notice, agenda, and conducting Board Meetings and its outcome, handling of AGM, ROC form filing work.
5.??Ensuring compliance with standard legal practice and maintains standards of corporate governance.
6.??Regulatory reporting and regulatory filings.
7.??Coordinating with other teams for due diligence, surveys, data collation for filings, etc.
8.??Drafting and vetting agreements with distributors, referral agents and service providers.
9.??Mediating with various regulatory authorities like RBI/SEBI/MHA/MCA
10. Conversant with Investors reporting, private placement, funding transactions etc
