We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused

Cruise Sales Agent

to join our team. If you have a passion for travel, a knack for closing sales, and experience in selling cruise packages, this role is for you! You'll be responsible for guiding clients through cruise options, handling bookings, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from inquiry to boarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Sell cruise packages to individuals, families, and groups based on their travel preferences and budgets Provide expert advice on cruise lines, destinations, itineraries, cabins, onboard amenities, and shore excursions Handle inbound leads via calls, emails, and online chat with prompt and professional responses Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and manage booking systems efficiently Stay updated with the latest offers, discounts, and promotional deals from cruise lines Upsell additional services such as flights, travel insurance, pre- and post-cruise stays Resolve customer concerns and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales and travel process

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
