Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable individuals to join our team as CRT Trainers . The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in aptitude , verbal reasoning , and logical reasoning , with a passion for teaching and explaining concepts to students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-campus training support during college hours
• Clarify students' doubts regarding CRT material
• Utilise online material to resolve student queries
• Explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner
• Assist students in preparing for campus recruitment processes

Required Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of aptitude , verbal reasoning , and logical reasoning
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging way
• Proficiency in using online resources and internet research
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field

Desired Qualities:

• Passion for teaching and mentoring students
• Patient and approachable demeanor
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to individual student needs
• Strong problem-solving skills

Experience:

• No prior experience in CRT training required
• Teaching or mentoring experience is a plus

Location Requirements:

• Must be in Visakhapatnam (Vizag) or willing to relocate
