Job Description

Experience in generating high-quality leads from online portals like Public/ Private RFPs, Bid portals, Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc2. Experience in preparation of RFP (request for proposal), RFI, RFQ responses, business proposals/ PPTs, and process documents based on client requirements and expectations.3. Hands-on experience in the preparation of business proposals and documentation using SRS, FRD, Feature Listings, BRD, WBS, Use Cases, UML, ER Diagrams & Flow Charts.4. Experience in sales activities and working in bid teams, working with the solutions architects, writing proposals, solutions overviews, and value propositions.5. Experience developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations.6. Must have excellent communication skills.7. Experience with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices8. Experience in developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility9. Ability to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget10. Strong planning, organizing, and ability to focus on details11. A strong team player, with proven team leadership potential12. Any Project Management Certification is a big plus (ref:updazz.com)
