CLAUSE is a company committed to diversity and inclusion.Reference 2024-9775LocationNew delhiPosition descriptionEmployment TypeRegular Full TimeContractual hoursFull-timeFunctionRESEARCH & INNOVATION - RESEARCH OPERATIONSJob descriptionImplement and executes management protocols and monitoring agronomy of crops under the responsibility of the Station Manager/Agronomy Manager to meet volume, quality and timelines set by the breeding team.\xc2\xb7 Expert responsible for crop agronomy (crop conduct, crop protection, irrigation, Soil health management, fertigation, nursery maintenance) on R&D site\xc2\xb7 Provide guidance to technical team while maintaining collaborative and productive relationship with clients (breeders, support functions)\xc2\xb7 Provides input to Station Manager/Agronomy Manager for weekly planning of field and greenhouse activities\xc2\xb7 Works in compliance with company internal and local Health and Safety regulations\xc2\xb7 Define and follow work protocols and processes agreed with breeders.\xc2\xb7 Follow guidelines of SHIELD internal phytosanitary protocol at R & D siteEnsure efficient use of resources and drive new technologies/innovation through mechanization, integrated pest management, new fertigation/irrigation techniques.
