Job location - Sonapur
Position: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)
Salary Range: ?10,000 - ?15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to ensure effective communication with customers.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Address customer queries and provide accurate information regarding Tata Motors' commercial vehicles and services.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to gather feedback and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
• Provide exceptional support to enhance the customer experience and ensure repeat business.
• Assist in executing customer retention and engagement strategies.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender: Female candidates only.
• Qualification: Graduate (minimum).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using computers and CRM tools is an advantage.
