Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer (MFI Field)Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition : Identify and acquire new clients, promoting financial products and services tailored to their needs.
• Customer Support : Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Loan Processing : Assist clients in processing loan applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
• Client Retention : Maintain positive relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Financial Advice : Offer financial advice and support to clients, helping them understand and manage their financial products.
• Record Maintenance : Keep accurate and organized records of client interactions, transactions, and loan applications.
• Field Visits : Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, assess their needs, and provide on-site support.
• Compliance : Ensure all activities comply with MFI policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Education : Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience : Prior experience in customer service, sales, or the microfinance sector is advantageous.
• Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
• Adaptability : Ability to work in diverse environments and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Integrity : High ethical standards and professionalism in handling client relationships and confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
