Job Summary
A support role with DevOps scope(L2 and L3), typically involves providing advanced technical assistance to customers or clients.
Responsibilities and Duties
A support role with DevOps scope(L2 and L3), typically involves providing advanced technical assistance to customers or clients.
Troubleshooting: The personnel will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues. They should be able to quickly identify the root cause of the problem and provide solutions to customers or clients.
Build or Test: Apart from support, personnel should be able to help on fixing the code and help on the test automation
Analysis: L3 support personnel should be able to perform detailed analysis of technical problems and system errors. They should be able to use tools such as log files and system monitoring software to identify and diagnose issues.
Documentation: They should create detailed documentation of their troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and procedures. This documentation may be used by other support teams, as well as for training purposes.
