CRM Specialist/ManagerJob Overview:
We are looking for an experienced CRM Specialist/Manager to oversee our customer relationship management processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM systems, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• CRM Strategy: Develop and implement effective CRM strategies to optimize customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
• System Management: Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Customer Insights: Analyze customer data and generate actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and improve customer experiences.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and evaluate CRM campaigns across various channels (email, social media, etc.).
• Segmentation: Develop customer segmentation strategies to tailor marketing efforts and improve targeting.
• Reporting: Create and present regular reports on CRM activities, campaign performance, and customer metrics.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a unified approach to customer relationship management.
• Training: Provide training and support to staff on CRM best practices and system usage.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
