• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email in a professional, timely, and friendly manner.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex inquiries to relevant departments while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Draft email templates for frequently asked questions, product updates, or marketing campaigns.
• Analyze CRM data using advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas, and data visualization tools (e.g., charts and graphs).
• Generate regular reports on CRM metrics, such as customer engagement, sales pipeline, and customer retention, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Identify trends and patterns in CRM data to inform strategy and decision-making.
