Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences in the gemstone market.
• Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for engagement. Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and feedback.
• Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that resonate with gemstone customers, leveraging insights gained from CRM data.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about gemstones, including trends, pricing, and sourcing, to provide informed support and advice to customers.
• Training and Support: Educate sales and customer service teams on CRM best practices and gemstone knowledge to enhance overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Gemology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in CRM management, preferably in the gemstone sector .
• Strong knowledge of gemstones, including characteristics, valuation, and market trends.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
