Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as CRM. CRM's are responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers with the aim of generating leads or selling products/services. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong desire to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists.
• Introduce company products/services to prospective customers and explain their benefits.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to build rapport and trust.
• Identify and understand customer needs and requirements.
• Provide accurate information about products/services and address any questions or concerns customers may have.
• Persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments for sales representatives.
• Record details of interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and answer any additional questions.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales.
• Collaborate with team members and share insights to improve performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
