• Provide advanced technical support and expertise
• Investigate and resolve escalated technical issues
• Serve as a point of escalation for first-level support

• Stay updated on product updates and best practices
• Analyze recurring issues and system errors
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base
• Share expertise with the support team
• Foster strong working relationships
• Ensure compliance with change management processes
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to users

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3-to-5 years experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar CRM
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills
