E-commerce Executive (Female ) from website who can handle customers issues via calls .....

Shopify is must for candidate ( will give preference )

Good English communication is must by candidate (Graduate)

Can able to handle customer call on call and able to solve there issues

• Order processing on behalf of client.
• Filing claims and disputes on e-commerce platforms.
• Responsible for prompt and effective E-mail communication with customers.
• Providing support to customers, addressing queries and concerns through various channels.
• Coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns with teams involved in order management to ensure efficient processing, smooth delivery, and hassle-free returns or exchanges.
• RTO claims
• Win back calls to customer
• Should be responsible for product listing on our official website.
• Good communication skills, fluent English speaking and writing.
• Quick learner self-motivated.
• Inventory management on all channel
• Answered calls in prompt, friendly manner
• Respond to all customer queries
• Resolved any issues or complaints that have been detailed on incoming guest reviews and take appropriate action as needed.
• Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
• Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly. Gather and pass on the feedback from customers to product development teams.
• Answers customer queries regarding invoices and payments.
• Follow-up on customer inquiries to make sure they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Direct ownership of customer issues and concerns

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
