Job Responsibilities
CRM
1. Ensure customer delight at all level to improve CSI result.
2. Monitor Pickup & drop activity on daily basis.
3. Monitor daily calling and appointment taken, appointment turnup and individual CRE performance.
4. Monitor PSF complaint and counter measures to avoid dissatisfaction.
5. Home visit to critical customer. Conduct customer meet as per HMIL standard.
6. All gold customers to be personally attended for one to one meet.
7. Audit call quality for PSF, appointment and submit the real report to senior management.
8. Motivate, encourage new ideas from staff which need to increase to business.
9. DSI collection form on daily basis and improve quality and quantity of DSI form.
10. Monitor open complaint status and ensure proper timing closure of all complaints. Monitor goodwill claim and good will support via mail.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
