Position Overview:

The CRM Complaints Specialist for the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Division will be responsible for managing, resolving, and documenting customer complaints related to HVAC products and services. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing effective solutions and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer complaints and inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).

Assess and prioritize customer complaints regarding AC systems, installations, maintenance, or service issues.

-Investigate the root causes of complaints and implement corrective actions in collaboration with technical teams.

Maintain accurate records of complaints and resolutions in the CRM system.

Work closely with HVAC technicians, engineers, and sales teams to gather information and resolve issues effectively.

Provide feedback to product development and management teams based on customer insights and patterns in complaints.

Ensure all interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups are documented accurately in the CRM system.

- Prepare reports on complaint trends, resolution times, and customer feedback for management review.

- Educate customers on proper

product usage and maintenance to reduce future complaints.

- Provide information regarding warranty, service agreements, and other company policies.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes.

- Share best practices for customer service and complaint handling.

Qualifications:

-Education: A bachelor's degree

-Experience:2-4 years of experience in customer service, complaint management, or HVAC industry experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
