Position: CRM (Customer Relationship Manager)

GRD Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM). In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers in Guwahati, Assam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and personalized interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and inquiries.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing customers.
• Provide valuable feedback from customers to the sales and marketing teams to enhance our products and services.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Google Sheets.
