Roles and Responsibilities:
? To serve as the primary point of contact for customers & HO Collection Manager regarding site possession schedules, procedures, and requirements.
? To communicate effectively with customers to address their queries, concerns, and expectations related to property possession.
? To coordinate site inspections w to assess property readiness and address any outstanding issues or deficiencies.
? To ensure that flat are prepared for possession in accordance with agreed-upon specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
? To review and verify all necessary documentation related to property possession, including agreements, clearances, and certificates.
? To Coordinate with the construction team to resolve any outstanding construction-related issues or snagging items identified during site inspections & get it done .
? Doing follow-up with particular agency for work completion.
? To facilitate the signing of possession documents and agreements between the customers and the developer.
? To monitor customer satisfaction levels throughout the site possession process and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
? To seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
? To provide post-possession support to customers, including assistance with utility connections, and resolving any post-possession issues or maintenance concerns.
? To maintain accurate records of all site possession activities, including documentation, correspondence, and customer interactions.
? To prepare regular reports on site possession status, progress, and key performance indicators for management review.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
