Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for engagement.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to customer interactions and campaign effectiveness.
• Provide training and support to team members on CRM usage and best practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of CRM strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on CRM software enhancements and best practices.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience in data management and analysis.
