Role summary:
Build and maintain relationships with the entire customer base assigned; by ensure constant engagement with customers during the life cycle and moments of planned spontaneity. Planned wow moments executed to perfection at important stages in the customer lifecycle like welcome, agreement and handover of possession.
Role description:
? Must have handled customer issues with settlements
? Target oriented professional
? Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and high service quality standards - Consistency in experience backed up by constant monitoring and necessary enhancements
? Responsible in maintaining MIS and closely work for Preparation of Final Work Report.
? Respond and resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently;
? Attending customers who visit HO with their queries to resolve and ensure 100% satisfactory with the adequate resolution to the query. Cancellations, transfer requests and registration process.
? Resolving customer queries, preparing ledgers and addressing the issues highlighted by the customers through call.
? Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales
? Aggressively driving Sales Planning, Forecasting and Sales & Customer Service Management
? To scan the market, identify opportunities for business growth, prepare and implement growth plans
? Collection of payment dues, against demands generated with construction progress
? Assisting customers on allotment of Flats, Registration, Cancellation, Bank Loan Issues, Transfer of Deeds, Bank Loan processing of document
? Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales enquiries, methods and results.
? Oversee the development and management of internal sales operations & processes.
? Regular analysis of sales trends & coming up with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools.
? Proposing & implementing sales promotion activities for the project.
? Good people management skills
? Strong communication and public speaking ability
Interaction with customers face to face, by email, and over the phone.
Collection of CAM charges
Liaisoning with customers
Updating MIS on a day-to-day basis.
Maintaining and updating records of customer interactions every now and then.
Achieve the required performance targets and standards in accordance with the business plan.
Monitor and report progress and performance, provide feedback, and take appropriate corrective action.
Ensure seamless interface with brokers and others if required.
Maintain effective communication at all times among the team including communicating
instructions given by the top management.
Implementation of leasing strategies in line with Management direction.
Adhere to the systems and procedures that have been devised for the leasing.
Generation of new leads and promotion of existing lead relationships.
Analyze and shortlist potential tenants/leases based on requirements.
