Roles and Responsibilities
Customer Engagement and Retention
Manage and develop strong relationships with Customers.
Knowing Customer life cycle like Agreement, Registration, Documentation, Payment, Collection, EMI, Bank Letter, Loan Papers etc.
Identify and address customer needs through effective communication & collaboration.
Resolve day to day queries. Strive for closure on real time basis.
Efficiently handle client feedback and complaints.
Collection and follow up for the maintenance payments.
Keep check on outstanding payments.
Maintaining CRM systems and records.
Skills and Qualifications
MS. Office
Minimum Graduate.
Minimum 5 years of experience required.
Should be Proficient in English and Hindi.
Grooming is also a critical aspect of CRM
Additional Requirements
Adept at email drafting, report writing and presenting findings.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
